Directions.

From Denver:

1. Get on I-25 N.

2. From I-25 N, use the left 2 lanes to take exit 217 A to merge onto US-36 W towards Boulder.

3. Take the CO-121/Wadsworth Parkway exit toward US-287/CO-128.

4. Use the right 2 lanes to turn right onto CO-121 N/Wadsworth Pkwy.

5. Continue to follow CO-121 N/Wadsworth Pkwy.

6. Continue to follow Wadsworth Parkway as it turns into US-287 N.

7. Turn right after you pass Walgreens on your right.

8. Follow this road into the parking lot - the building is on your left (a beige/brown 3-story building).

9. Enter through the main door of Building A (the tall building) and turn right. The waiting area will be in front of you.

10. Please check in through the virtual kiosk in the waiting area. The therapist will invite you into the office once you are checked in.

From Boulder:

1. Get on US-36 E towards Denver.

2. Follow US-36 E to CO-121 N/Interlocken Loop/Wadsworth Pkwy in Broomfield.

3. Take the CO-121 exit from US-36 E

4. Use any lane to turn left onto CO-121 N/Interlocken Loop/Wadsworth Pkwy

5. Continue onto Wadsworth Pkwy/US-287 N.

6. Turn right after you pass Walgreens on your right.

7. Follow this road into the parking lot - the building is on your left (a beige/brown 3-story building).

8. Enter through the main door of Building A (the tall building) and turn right. The waiting area will be in front of you.
